Product Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Interview customer users and internal stakeholders to identify business problems and software requirements.
• Analyze and prioritize conflicting requirements to develop business-oriented software specifications.
• Lead development priorities for defined product areas and monitor SDLC progress to ensure smooth implementation.
• Conduct unit testing and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm all business requirements are met.
• Resolve ambiguities in specifications and provide problem-solving for client-reported application issues.
• Lead focus groups, information sessions, and provide guidance to other product team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the financial/brokerage industry within an agile environment.
• Experience in Cash Management / Money Movement domain supporting Wires, Checks, and ACH processing.
• Expertise in SDLC, writing use cases/user stories, and managing project status.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office suite (including Visio).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Based in or able to work in New York, NY (Hybrid).

• Knowledge of SQL.
