TL;DR

Director, Field Enablement (SaaS): Leading the field enablement and programs team to optimize go-to-market performance with an accent on onboarding, operational rhythms, and cross-functional alignment. Focus on bridging the gap between field-facing teams and product marketing to ensure messaging activation and sales productivity.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to the Liberty Village, Toronto office (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Own GTM foundational onboarding and track time-to-productivity metrics.
  • Drive field enablement programs for process changes, playbooks, and product releases.
  • Establish operational rhythms and communications to reduce friction across the GTM organization.
  • Act as the primary bridge between field teams and product marketing to ensure messaging is field-ready.
  • Design and execute partner enablement motions for both direct and indirect selling.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the enablement and program team members.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in GTM enablement or sales leadership.
  • Proven success building enablement programs from the ground up at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Deep expertise in onboarding design, playbook development, and field communications.
  • Demonstrated fluency in partner enablement and direct/indirect selling motions.
  • Strong experience with enablement platforms such as Highspot, Seismic, or Saleshood.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive programs across cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in HR Tech or workforce technology.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or Force Management sales methodologies.
  • Experience scaling enablement through high-growth or transformation periods.
