Location: Must be based in or able to commute to the Liberty Village, Toronto office (Hybrid)

What you will do
- Own GTM foundational onboarding and track time-to-productivity metrics.
- Drive field enablement programs for process changes, playbooks, and product releases.
- Establish operational rhythms and communications to reduce friction across the GTM organization.
- Act as the primary bridge between field teams and product marketing to ensure messaging is field-ready.
- Design and execute partner enablement motions for both direct and indirect selling.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the enablement and program team members.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in GTM enablement or sales leadership.
- Proven success building enablement programs from the ground up at a B2B SaaS company.
- Deep expertise in onboarding design, playbook development, and field communications.
- Demonstrated fluency in partner enablement and direct/indirect selling motions.
- Strong experience with enablement platforms such as Highspot, Seismic, or Saleshood.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive programs across cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in HR Tech or workforce technology.
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or Force Management sales methodologies.
- Experience scaling enablement through high-growth or transformation periods.
