Salary: $24.50–$26.50 per hour

What you will do

• Independently review high volumes of complaints to identify potential HIPAA and civil rights violations.
• Provide initial recommendations for administrative, non-investigative case closure.
• Draft precise case processing documentation adhering to strict regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct training sessions for new staff as requested by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting critical deadlines.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with exceptional discretion.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain government security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience at the GS-9 federal level.
• Experience in case or complaint review, specifically regarding HIPAA or patient privacy policies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio).
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team or independently in a demanding environment.
