What you will do

• Support the end-to-end credentialing pipeline for OCN providers, coordinating daily with third-party vendors.
• Track application status across payers and providers, flagging delays and at-risk timelines to stakeholders.
• Coordinate directly with providers and practice staff to collect missing or incomplete application information.
• Identify and coordinate group credentialing submissions when appropriate.
• Collaborate with RCM and Operations teams to ensure credentialing milestones align with billing readiness.
• Maintain accurate tracking operations and contribute to process documentation.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in healthcare payer credentialing or provider enrollment.
• Familiarity with CAQH management, payer enrollment workflows, and common application bottlenecks.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple providers simultaneously.
• Clear, professional communication skills for interacting with providers and payer contacts.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Experience with psychiatric, behavioral health, or specialty practices.
