What you will do

• Process medical ROI requests accurately and efficiently using hirify.global software applications.
• Resolve HIPAA-related release issues to ensure strict regulatory compliance.
• Read and interpret medical records, forms, and authorizations to facilitate the release process.
• Organize records and documentation necessary to complete the ROI cycle.
• Provide professional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Jacksonville, FL.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
• 2+ years of experience working with medical records.
• 2+ years of experience in clerical or office administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard office equipment (scanners, computers).
• Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• RHIT certification.
• Experience working directly within a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and state regulations related to Protected Health Information (PHI).
