What you will do

• Develop and execute cohesive, integrated program/product, subcontractor, material, and business plans to meet current and long-term objectives.
• Identify required resources, define and assign major program roles, and establish integrated WBS-based budget and schedule baselines.
• Monitor progress against baseline plans to ensure rate of completion supports program/product schedules.
• Balance program risks and opportunities with executable strategies to meet technical requirements and budgets.
• Manage cross-functional program teams in a matrix organization from design through customer release.
• Manage complex contracts and contract requirements while protecting the program from scope creep and maintaining customer collaboration.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Department of Defense Secret clearance required at time of hire; ability to obtain Department of Defense Top Secret with Polygraph eligibility required at time of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree plus at least 8 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree plus at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of products and technologies, including current and potential applications.
• Proven experience developing and implementing program/product strategy and tactics, including efficiency improvements for build-to-print hardware designs.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for internal and external stakeholders; proven ability to meet financial commitments and mitigate threats/capitalize on opportunities.
