What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end assessment, redesign, and implementation of the Hardware Asset Management (HAM) program.
• Define and document HAM policies and governance frameworks aligned with ITIL V3/V4 best practices.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive hardware asset inventory ensuring traceability and compliance.
• Create and track program milestones, risks, and dependencies while prioritizing delivery requirements.
• Design and maintain executive-level dashboards for inventory and program health using tools like Databricks.
• Partner with Procurement and Finance teams to align purchasing processes and budget forecasting with lifecycle planning.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or IT Program Manager owning complex cross-functional programs.
• Proven experience designing and implementing Hardware Asset Management (HAM) or ITAM programs.
• Working knowledge of ITIL V3 or V4 frameworks in a Digital Workplace or IT Operations environment.
• Experience developing program metrics and dashboards to provide actionable visibility into performance.

Nice to have

• ITIL V3/V4 Foundation, PMP, or PgMP certifications.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks for data visualization and executive reporting.
• Proficiency with Jira Asset Management and Microsoft 365 (M365) platforms.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
• Prior experience in aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated industries.
