What you will do

• Own overall program execution, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical performance targets are met.
• Manage project lifecycles from inception through completion, including resource allocation and performance measurement.
• Act as the primary customer contact, leading review sessions and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, opportunities, and issues across technical and financial domains.
• Coordinate win strategies, competitive captures, and proposal development for business growth.
• Ensure adherence to Quality Management Systems and internal financial policies.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance required
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related technical field.
• 5 years of professional experience in project or program management within the commercial or defense industry.
• Proficiency in program management tools such as EVMS, IMP/IMS, and risk management processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment and build strong customer relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
