What you will do
- Lead the strategy and execution for a portfolio of Alliance communities and virtual events like roundtables and summits.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, including tracking, confirmation, and collaboration with subject matter hosts.
- Host and facilitate virtual sessions to drive discussion, engagement, and information sharing among members.
- Evaluate program performance, recommend improvements, and manage annual survey processes to enhance member experience.
- Oversee community operations, including documentation, resource sharing, and providing responsive support to participants.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support program administration, expense tracking, and conference preparation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in client service, community, or event management.
- Proven experience in facilitation, group engagement leadership, and working in virtual live environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and virtual hosting tools like MS Teams or Webex.
- Must be based in the United States to fulfill the requirements of this role.
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to build relationships and interact confidently with all levels of executives and professionals.
