What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and coordinate high-quality Revit models and documentation aligned with project/client standards.
• Translate engineering markups and design intent into accurate, constructible drawings with consistent, clear deliverables.
• Identify and resolve coordination issues, run clash detection, and maintain model health across multiple concurrent projects.
• Support interdisciplinary BIM coordination through reviews and alignment across design disciplines.
• Mentor junior designers on Revit workflows, modeling best practices, and documentation standards.
• Improve BIM templates, workflows, and standards by refining processes through documented feedback and enhancements.

Requirements

• Associate degree or technical certification in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent BIM production experience.
• 4+ years of AEC industry experience with strong expertise in Autodesk Revit and BIM coordination workflows.
• Proven ability to manage complex coordinated models and produce construction documentation with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of cross-discipline coordination, building systems integration, and constructability principles.
• Experience with tools such as Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Asana, and GitHub.
• Ability to interpret design intent, resolve modeling challenges independently, and anticipate coordination risks.
