What you will do

• Analyze customer products and processes to map them to JHA software solutions.
• Manage the full installation lifecycle, including system set-up, parameter configuration, and job file creation.
• Provide expert software support and guidance to clients both onsite and remotely.
• Conduct training sessions and prepare documentation for clients and internal teams.
• Communicate client needs to internal development teams and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Participate in an on-call rotational schedule for after-hours support.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of front-line retail banking experience (teller, personal banker, or onboarding).
• Must reside within 70 miles of specified office locations in TX, KS, MO, AL, KY, or NC.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, including nights and weekends.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotational schedule.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree.
• Working knowledge of Silverlake or JHA products like ArgoKeys, Banno, or Synapsys.
• Experience in retail banking platform processes and account opening workflows.
