What you will do

• Manage a caseload of terminating and deconverting plans using Salesforce and Jira.
• Ensure accurate execution of plan closures, verifying payroll and blackout dates.
• Perform reconciliation to capture cash and fund imbalances.
• Execute financial transactions, including plan liquidation and processing dividends.
• Generate reports for new recordkeepers using Snowflake and HEX.
• Conduct root cause analysis to provide suggestions for reducing customer churn.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• 3+ years of experience in retirement services or account management.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficient analytical capabilities.
• Strong research and communication skills for client-facing interactions.
