What you will do

• Act as a liaison between end-users, programmers, and test analysts to ensure system performance.
• Identify, define, and document business needs, objectives, and operational procedures.
• Develop detailed business specifications and logical flowcharts for technical implementation.
• Consult with programmers to analyze system feasibility and design enhancements.
• Coordinate testing, implementation, and user training for system upgrades.
• Monitor project progress and track application incidents to ensure successful resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience working directly with end-users to translate business needs into system requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office and flowcharting tools like Visio or UML.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of scripting and data structures.
• Experience in the bankcard or payment industry.
• Working towards Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification.
