What you will do

• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes across group companies.
• Manage weekly short-term cash flow forecasts and proactively monitor costs across clients.
• Develop and enhance financial planning processes and reporting tools to improve accuracy and insight.
• Prepare high-quality financial commentary and monthly Board packs for all Group entities.
• Mentor and develop junior team members while taking full ownership of the FP&A function.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and corporate services on cross-functional data workstreams.

Requirements

• Qualified ACCA, MBA, or CA with 5–8 years of post-qualification experience.
• Proven experience in an FP&A role and team management.
• Location: Must be based in LATAM.
• Availability: Must overlap the UK Time Zone by at least 4 hours.
• English: Excellent written and spoken proficiency required.
• Strong financial modelling and data interpretation skills using Excel and PowerPoint.
