What you will do

• Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting exercises.
• Prepare weekly short-term cash flow forecasts and monthly Board packs.
• Enhance financial planning processes and reporting tools for improved accuracy.
• Provide high-quality financial commentary and ad-hoc analysis for business stakeholders.
• Develop and mentor the team while taking full ownership of the FP&A function.
• Collaborate on cross-functional data workstreams to communicate key financial insights.

Requirements

• Qualified ACCA, MBA, or CA with 5 to 8 years of post-qualification experience.
• Must be located in Latam.
• Must be able to overlap the UK Time Zone by at least 4 hours.
• Proven experience in an FP&A role and team leadership.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and PowerPoint.
