Claims Adjuster II (Automotive)

Location: Remote (US). Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:30am - 7:00pm CST or equivalent

Salary: $22 - $25 per hour

What you will do

• Process inbound claim contacts from dealers, repair facilities, and sales agents via email, chat, and queues.
• Coordinate with various vendors throughout the claim adjudication process.
• Execute specific requests from managers and lead adjusters.
• Perform claim estimation and cost comparisons utilizing external vendors.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced automotive, insurance, or claims environment.
• Working knowledge of service contracts, insurance, or the automotive industry.
• Experience in a service department as a technician, service writer, or warranty administrator.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to align with the CST time zone schedule (10:30am - 7:00pm).

Nice to have

• Automotive training or certifications (e.g., ASE).
• Some college education.
