Salary: $82,908 - $124,467 annually

What you will do

• Maintain and expand client accounts within the designated territory to support the MCL business model.
• Act as a dedicated client advocate to enhance business and operational processes based on client feedback.
• Manage onsite onboarding and training for new facilities on electronic applications and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and promote opportunities for improved test utilization.
• Provide technical onsite support for growth and service recovery.
• Coordinate the deployment of Mayo resources and escalate client issues appropriately.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or science.
• 5 years of clinical laboratory experience in a hospital setting.
• Must reside in North Dakota, South Dakota, or Nebraska.
• Valid driver's license/passport and ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Not eligible for visa sponsorship or F1 STEM OPT extension.
• Commitment of 2 years to the role is required.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or Doctor of Clinical Laboratory Science (DCLS).
• National accreditation (MT, CLS, MLS, MB, CG, MP or HTL).
