What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of planning and execution for the RSNA annual meeting and other overseas exhibitions.
• Coordinate with venues, external suppliers, and logistics providers to ensure smooth exhibition phases.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, including booth fees, construction, and travel expenses.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to integrate exhibition-generated sales leads into the CRM system.
• Oversee on-site operations, including construction supervision and emergency handling.
• Prepare post-exhibition summary reports, including ROI analysis and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Exhibition Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience specifically with overseas exhibitions.
• Fluent in English with excellent professional communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools like MS Project or Asana.
• Ability to travel internationally for exhibition support and on-site management.
• Strong negotiation skills and familiarity with international trade practices.

• Experience with RSNA or other major medical/professional international exhibitions.
