What you will do

• Implement marketing programs, promotional cycles, and portfolio strategies via channel partners.
• Analyze data to identify and develop new business opportunities with the local channel team.
• Manage and lead ecommerce programs specifically for distributors.
• Develop demand plans aligned with Activation Marketing, Sales, and Channel teams.
• Monitor market trends and collect insights through direct contact with channel partners.
• Ensure marketing investments align with strategy and comply with internal policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Marketing or Business roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerBI, and Salesforce.
• Experience with e-commerce, social media, and digital marketing activation.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Must be based in Mexico City (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Portuguese language skills (written and oral).
• Experience in the dental market, consumer goods, or promotional marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking ability.
