Associate Retail Marketing Manager (Latin America)

The Pokémon Company International manages the Pokémon property outside of Asia, overseeing brand management, licensing, marketing, and the Pokémon Trading Card Game.

What you will do

• Develop proposals with the TCG Sales team to secure product placements and promotional opportunities at priority retail accounts.
• Partner with internal departments including marketing, creative, brand services, legal, and finance to ensure global brand standards.
• Identify new retail landscape opportunities that connect brand equity with local cultures.
• Manage project execution, communicate status, and analyze performance metrics.
• Collaborate with external partners to troubleshoot challenges and ensure successful activations.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of relevant professional experience in marketing or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Latin American Spanish (near-native level).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrable ability to project manage and work cross-functionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
