What you will do

• Build, execute, and optimize campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Manage audience segmentation, data extensions, and subscriber lists.
• Configure and maintain customer journeys and automation workflows.
• Support execution of multi-channel campaigns via email and SMS.
• Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot delivery issues.
• Partner with Marketing, CRM, Analytics, and Technology teams to ensure data quality and compliance.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio.
• Experience in audience segmentation, list management, and campaign QA.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices.
• Fluent English level.
• Availability to support Middle East business hours.
