What you will do
- Build, execute, and optimize campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Manage audience segmentation, data extensions, and subscriber lists.
- Configure and maintain customer journeys and automation workflows.
- Support execution of multi-channel campaigns via email and SMS.
- Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot delivery issues.
- Partner with Marketing, CRM, Analytics, and Technology teams to ensure data quality and compliance.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Proficiency with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio.
- Experience in audience segmentation, list management, and campaign QA.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices.
- Fluent English level.
- Availability to support Middle East business hours.
