What you will do

• Lead manufacturing test strategy development during NPI to ensure seamless high-volume production transitions.
• Drive Design for Test (DFT) improvements to enhance coverage, reduce cycle time, and improve yield.
• Implement test coverage strategies across ICT, BFT, and SFT platforms.
• Collaborate with tester suppliers during development, qualification, FAT, and SOP phases.
• Optimize test cycle time, throughput, and station balancing with global CM partners.
• Manage change control processes for product revisions, firmware updates, and test program releases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing test engineering within power electronics or high-volume industries.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading lab operations or managing technical teams.
• Strong expertise in ICT, BFT, and SFT test methodologies.
• Proficiency in Python, LabVIEW, and TestStand.
• Experience transitioning NPI programs into high-volume mass production.
