What you will do

• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of technical business analysts.
• Create detailed requirements-gathering documents and functional specifications.
• Design wireframes and prototypes using tools like Axure RP.
• Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure successful feature delivery and user acceptance.
• Manage product roadmaps and facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform deployment verification and regression testing for releases.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (no visa sponsorship provided).
• 7+ years of experience in business analysis or product design.
• Proven experience in supervising and coaching technical teams.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and project tracking tools like JIRA or Asana.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.
