Salary: $82,908 – $124,467 /annually

What you will do

• Maintain and expand relationships with laboratory and pathology departments within the assigned territory.
• Manage onboarding activities for new facilities and provide onsite training for electronic ordering applications.
• Analyze client feedback to enhance business and operational processes.
• Promote test campaigns, projects, and strategic initiatives directed by internal departments.
• Coordinate the deployment of hirify.global resources to support client growth and service recovery.
• Document all client interactions and maintain compliance with organizational policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or science required.
• 5 years of clinical laboratory experience in a hospital setting required.
• Must reside within the Ohio & Western Pennsylvania territory.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
• Ability to travel extensively (80% travel).
• Not eligible for visa sponsorship.

• Master’s degree.
• Accreditation by a national agency (MT, CLS, MLS, MB, CG, MP or HTL).
