Location: Must be based in the USA. Travel to office locations (Mississauga/Salt Lake City) for events and 30-50% travel to client sites required.
Salary: $95,000 - $106,000 per year + bonus + benefits.

What you will do
- Build and expand client relationships across all levels, including C-Suite.
- Develop joint customer success plans to align on goals, metrics, and adoption strategies.
- Facilitate Executive Business Reviews to drive alignment on desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and uncover sales expansion opportunities.
- Act as a point of escalation to manage customer expectations and develop turnaround strategies for at-risk accounts.
- Mentor new team members and lead strategic Customer Success initiatives.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA.
- Experience in a customer-facing role within a SaaS or tech company.
- Experience in Healthcare Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success Management.
- Proven track record of sustaining and growing complex relationships.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpreting results.
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or Gainsight.
