TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Healthcare): Managing and providing world-class partnerships to physician group clients with an accent on optimizing the use and value of EHR solutions. Focus on driving engagement at the C-level, managing complex relationships, and ensuring retention and expansion outcomes.

Location: Must be based in the USA. Travel to office locations (Mississauga/Salt Lake City) for events and 30-50% travel to client sites required.

Salary: $95,000 - $106,000 per year + bonus + benefits.

What you will do

  • Build and expand client relationships across all levels, including C-Suite.
  • Develop joint customer success plans to align on goals, metrics, and adoption strategies.
  • Facilitate Executive Business Reviews to drive alignment on desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and uncover sales expansion opportunities.
  • Act as a point of escalation to manage customer expectations and develop turnaround strategies for at-risk accounts.
  • Mentor new team members and lead strategic Customer Success initiatives.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role within a SaaS or tech company.
  • Experience in Healthcare Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success Management.
  • Proven track record of sustaining and growing complex relationships.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpreting results.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or Gainsight.
