What you will do

  • Partner with clients and internal teams to drive consensus on multi-product technology solutions.
  • Translate ambiguous business problems into actionable technical strategies and innovative solutions.
  • Deliver executive-level product demonstrations and rapid prototyping to showcase customer journey strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-level client contacts to improve business performance.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional solution guides and align them with overall opportunity strategies.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to identify customer business needs and position the best technology solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a technical or sales-related role.
  • B.S., M.S., or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or MIS.
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases, web technologies, and related applications.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills for executive-level communication.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Bogota, Colombia with ability to travel based on territory alignment.

Nice to have

  • Active Salesforce Certifications.
  • Previous experience as a solution or sales engineer for a CRM company.
