What you will do
- Partner with clients and internal teams to drive consensus on multi-product technology solutions.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into actionable technical strategies and innovative solutions.
- Deliver executive-level product demonstrations and rapid prototyping to showcase customer journey strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-level client contacts to improve business performance.
- Orchestrate cross-functional solution guides and align them with overall opportunity strategies.
- Conduct discovery sessions to identify customer business needs and position the best technology solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a technical or sales-related role.
- B.S., M.S., or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or MIS.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases, web technologies, and related applications.
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills for executive-level communication.
- Ability to work collaboratively in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Must be based in or able to work from Bogota, Colombia with ability to travel based on territory alignment.
Nice to have
- Active Salesforce Certifications.
- Previous experience as a solution or sales engineer for a CRM company.
