What you will do

  • Develop and manage strong customer relationships through both in-person and virtual engagements.
  • Create and execute medium- and long-term account strategies to retain, grow, and diversify customer partnerships.
  • Identify revenue expansion opportunities within existing accounts and secure new business opportunities.
  • Conduct consultative sales activities, including presentations, demonstrations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful customer outcomes and a seamless experience.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform account strategies and sales plans.

Requirements

  • Extensive professional experience in account management, direct sales, or business development.
  • Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and achieve revenue growth objectives.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and develop strategic solutions that deliver business value.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Location: Must be based in Bogota, Colombia
