What you will do
- Develop and manage strong customer relationships through both in-person and virtual engagements.
- Create and execute medium- and long-term account strategies to retain, grow, and diversify customer partnerships.
- Identify revenue expansion opportunities within existing accounts and secure new business opportunities.
- Conduct consultative sales activities, including presentations, demonstrations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful customer outcomes and a seamless experience.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform account strategies and sales plans.
Requirements
- Extensive professional experience in account management, direct sales, or business development.
- Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and achieve revenue growth objectives.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and develop strategic solutions that deliver business value.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Location: Must be based in Bogota, Colombia
