What you will do

• Execute and optimize content production across blog, social, and email channels using repeatable workflows.
• Lead paid social and paid search execution, building campaign infrastructure and testing frameworks.
• Develop and manage lifecycle marketing programs, including segmentation, sequencing, and push notifications.
• Support performance reporting across D2C channels and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Design and implement AI-powered automations to scale individual output and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in consumer marketing across multiple channels.
• Proven track record of using AI tools to genuinely automate workflows and scale output.
• Experience building marketing programs and workstreams from scratch.
• Strong instincts in paid and owned media stacks with deep expertise in at least one area.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify).

Nice to have

• Experience with consumer health, wellness, or subscription brands.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads at scale.
• Familiarity with lifecycle platforms like Customer.io or Klaviyo.
