What you will do

• Manage customer data activation to execute CRM strategies via email, push notifications, and in-app messages.
• Refine multi-channel communications and retention strategies applying industry best practices.
• Collaborate with the CRM Manager to define customer lifecycles, contact strategies, and key client segments.
• Own weekly and monthly reporting, performing ad hoc deep dives to ensure all activity is insight-driven and measurable.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing and CRM within mobile and web environments.
• Proven experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other ESPs like Mailchimp or Sendgrid.
• Proficiency in HTML and strong copywriting skills.
• Ability to develop and optimize CRM flows to drive revenue using behavioral and demographic data.
• Experience with A/B testing and dynamic templates.
• Fluent English communication skills.
