What you will do
- Own the monthly CRM content strategy and execution plan.
- Write and adapt high-converting content for email, WhatsApp, and SMS across various funnel stages.
- Build and manage automated campaigns and flows within Customer.io.
- Analyze user segments and customer journey stages to optimize message timing and relevance.
- Maintain CRM hygiene by managing segments, statuses, and template updates.
- Monitor channel spending and implement smart routing to improve cost-efficiency.
Requirements
- Fluent English proficiency required.
- Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle, or email marketing.
- Strong content strategy skills with the ability to translate user pain points into conversion-driven messaging.
- Experience creating FOMO-based communication and urgency.
- Operational discipline with high attention to detail.
- Ability to think strategically and adapt tone across different segments.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Spanish.
- Experience working with Customer.io.
