TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in San José, Costa Rica (average 4 days a week in office)

What you will do

  • Strategically design and implement complex audience segmentation using SQL-based waterfall methodology.
  • Take full ownership of deliverability monitoring and QA for high-volume email environments (60-70M monthly sends).
  • Lead the implementation and management of personalization modules using Movable Ink and Litmus.
  • Build and activate advanced audience segments within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
  • Consult on technical feasibility during strategy sessions and mentor junior Solutions Engineers.
  • Drive the technical migration from Tealium CDP to Adobe Experience Platform.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with enterprise ESPs (Salesforce Marketing Cloud strongly preferred).
  • Mastery of complex SQL queries, including advanced JOINs and performance optimization for large datasets.
  • Proven experience managing high-volume email sends of 60M+ per month.
  • Hands-on experience with CDPs such as Tealium, AEP, Segment, or mParticle.
  • Ability to independently design end-to-end technical architectures without detailed specifications.
  • Must be based in San José, Costa Rica for hybrid office attendance.

Nice to have

  • Experience within the automotive industry.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing frameworks and holdout group methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum project management methodologies.
