What you will do

• Travel to patient homes to perform blood draws and collect vital signs.
• Ensure all patient samples are properly labeled and coordinated for lab delivery.
• Use mobile technology for daily scheduling, charting, and secure care coordination.
• Maintain a warm, welcoming, and professional environment for patients of all ages.
• Manage daily supplies and PPE to ensure readiness for all patient visits.

Requirements

• Must be based in Columbus, GA and have reliable transportation.
• Prior experience as a phlebotomist.
• Valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance.
• Basic Life Support Certification and transcript of program graduation.
• Ability to physically navigate patient homes, including climbing stairs and carrying up to 20 pounds.
• Up-to-date immunizations including MMR, Hep B, Varicella, TB, Flu, and TDaP.
