Salary: $300,000–$325,000 annually.

What you will do

• Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population in a fully virtual environment.
• Conduct virtual consultations, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans including asynchronous care.
• Serve as a supervising physician for Nurse Practitioners through collaborative practice agreements and clinical mentorship.
• Contribute to total cost of care initiatives and population health management.
• Participate in clinical quality improvement, peer review, and chart audit activities.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation to support quality measurement and value-based care programs.

Requirements

• Must reside in the United States.
• Graduate of an accredited MD or DO residency program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• At least five years of experience practicing in a primary care setting.
• Current board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active unrestricted physician license in Massachusetts and ability to obtain/maintain 35+ additional state licenses.
• Demonstrated experience providing clinical oversight or supervision of advanced practice providers.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in virtual-first or telehealth-enabled primary care models.
• Current Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration and federal DEA registration.
• Experience in a rapidly scaling healthcare or digital health organization.
