What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact to maintain communication flow between patients and their care team.
• Triage and resolve incoming clinical messages and conduct outgoing communications to ensure patient engagement.
• Manage medical records, handle lab requisitions, and assist with prescription prior authorizations.
• Guide new patients through the program and address questions regarding account changes, billing, and membership.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to provide patient feedback and improve operational tools.
• Support medical clinicians with pre-visit lab orders and clinical data collection.

Requirements

• Medical Assistant (MA) Certificate is required.
• At least two years of experience in a fast-paced primary care, obesity medicine, or endocrinology practice.
• Strong customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
