What you will do

• Provide outpatient pulmonary and primary care for conditions like COPD, asthma, and sleep apnea.
• Work a hybrid schedule of 3-4 days in clinic and 1-2 days virtually.
• Conduct patient evaluations, follow-up visits, and coordinate care with other providers.
• Review pulmonary diagnostics including spirometry, PFTs, and imaging.
• Manage treatment plans, medication adjustments, and patient education.
• Document care accurately within the electronic health record.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid medical license in Tennessee.
• Experience providing telemedicine care to patients.
• Strong computer skills and competence with telemedicine tools and EMR documentation.
• Ability to provide clinical training and mentorship to teams.
• Experience providing culturally competent, patient-centered care.
• Tolerance for the change and ambiguity inherent in a startup environment.
