What you will do

• Perform time-sensitive psychosocial and safety/risk assessments via phone and video.
• Deliver targeted interventions for stabilization and suicide risk management.
• Determine escalation pathways for behavioral health crises using clinical SOPs.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to resolve barriers like housing and financial toxicity.
• Maintain high-quality clinical documentation of triage assessments and safety plans.
• Analyze triage volumes to identify opportunities for workflow improvement and safety enhancement.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program.
• Unrestricted master’s-level social work license (e.g., LCSW/LISW) in primary practice state.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical social work experience in a healthcare setting.
• Proven competence in risk assessment and crisis management (psychosis, suicidality).
• Strong telehealth and phone-based clinical skills.
• Ability to work a 4/10 schedule, including Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays (temporary requirement through September).

Nice to have

• Oncology social work experience or OSW-C/APHSW-C certification.
