What you will do

• Manage the member’s clinical experience from the point of request through to the desired outcome.
• Activate member accounts, draft medical histories, and identify goals for medical consultations.
• Coordinate and schedule video or phone consults between members and appropriate oncology specialists.
• Organize medical records using case management software and HIT protocols.
• Conduct ongoing follow-up post-consult to ensure members achieve their desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with Care Teams and assist the Chief Clinical Officer with special projects.

Requirements

• RN license with a minimum of three years of experience.
• Must be based in the US.
• Specific experience in oncology.
• Proficiency in navigating through multiple technology platforms.
• Strong critical thinking, organization, and professional communication skills.
