What you will do

• Support patients via phone, chat, and email, utilizing active listening and fluent communication.
• Manage care coordination, including platform onboarding, tech troubleshooting, and appointment scheduling.
• Conduct clinical needs assessments to refer members to the appropriate level and modality of care.
• Manage member crises, such as suicide risk, by providing immediate support, triage, and safety planning.
• Provide psycho-education, empathy, and motivational assistance for mental health and substance use concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve barriers to care for members and providers.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field (Counseling, Social Work, Psychotherapy, or Psychology).
• Valid licensure or certification as a counselor, social worker, or psychologist in the country of residence.
• Fully bilingual (written and spoken) in English and Dutch.
• Minimum of 2+ years of direct clinical care experience post-licensure.
• Availability to work Monday-Friday, 12pm - 8pm CEST.
• Ability to use multiple computer platforms simultaneously and learn new AI-native systems.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish (spoken and written).
