What you will do

• Perform ongoing clinical and psychosocial assessments for new patients.
• Address barriers to care and reduce care gaps through personalized patient engagement.
• Educate patients on remote health monitoring equipment.
• Triage urgent patient concerns to ensure appropriate utilization of emergency services.
• Document all interactions and escalate cases to multidisciplinary teams as needed.
• Provide user feedback to support the development of clinical programs and products.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with a BSN degree.
• Must possess a current, active, unencumbered compact RN license with multi-state privileges.
• Must reside in a compact state.
• 4+ years of experience in hospital or healthcare practice, including at least 3 years in labor and delivery.
• Ability to work three 12-hour overnight shifts per week (9:00 PM to 9:00 AM EST), including weekends and holidays.
• Experience providing care in Spanish is highly valued.

Nice to have

• Experience working with perinatal patients with complicated conditions like diabetes or hypertension.
• Previous experience in virtual care settings.
