Salary: $85,000–$95,000 base + 25% bonus.

What you will do

  • Manage and coach a fast-growing team of full-cycle sales representatives.
  • Support BDRs and AEs in building selling skills, specifically for cold calling.
  • Drive team performance to exceed ambitious sales targets.
  • Manage sales pipelines and improve overall sales processes.
  • Utilize data to make informed decisions and improve conversion rates.
  • Provide clear expectations and conduct performance coaching.

Requirements

  • Must be based in New York City or able to commute to the office 3x per week.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales management leading teams to exceed targets.
  • Proven track record in SMB full-cycle sales.
  • Expertise in value and solution selling.
  • Strong proficiency in pipeline management and data analysis.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume growth environment.
