TL;DR

Sales Manager (Medtech): Leading and developing a team of Account Executives to scale B2B sales operations for an AI-powered medical documentation platform with an accent on rigorous pipeline management, forecasting, and strategic deal support. Focus on building high-performance sales processes, coaching talent, and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to San Francisco, CA (Hybrid: 3 days/week in-office)

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of four Account Executives to consistently exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews, deal inspections, and forecasting to improve conversion rates.
  • Partner with reps on strategic opportunities, executive relationships, and complex negotiations.
  • Design and refine compensation plans, performance standards, and operating rhythms.
  • Recruit, interview, and onboard top sales talent as the organization scales.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to accelerate growth and improve the customer journey.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS/AI sales with a proven track record in leadership.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to San Francisco for a hybrid work schedule.
  • Experience managing and scaling high-volume SMB sales businesses.
  • Strong operational rigor with the ability to build scalable processes and maintain accountability.
  • Demonstrated success in forecasting, pipeline management, and coaching quota-carrying teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, low-process, entrepreneurial environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into healthcare organizations, medical groups, or health systems.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered products and emerging healthcare technologies.
  • Experience building sales processes, compensation plans, and recruiting systems.
  • Experience supporting enterprise and strategic account sales motions.
