Location: Must be based in or able to commute to San Francisco, CA (Hybrid: 3 days/week in-office)

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of four Account Executives to consistently exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews, deal inspections, and forecasting to improve conversion rates.
- Partner with reps on strategic opportunities, executive relationships, and complex negotiations.
- Design and refine compensation plans, performance standards, and operating rhythms.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard top sales talent as the organization scales.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to accelerate growth and improve the customer journey.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS/AI sales with a proven track record in leadership.
- Must be based in or able to commute to San Francisco for a hybrid work schedule.
- Experience managing and scaling high-volume SMB sales businesses.
- Strong operational rigor with the ability to build scalable processes and maintain accountability.
- Demonstrated success in forecasting, pipeline management, and coaching quota-carrying teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, low-process, entrepreneurial environment.
Nice to have
- Experience selling into healthcare organizations, medical groups, or health systems.
- Familiarity with AI-powered products and emerging healthcare technologies.
- Experience building sales processes, compensation plans, and recruiting systems.
- Experience supporting enterprise and strategic account sales motions.
