What you will do

  • Build, train, and mentor a team of sales professionals to consistently exceed 100% of their quotas.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for team success.
  • Partner with Marketing and Customer Success to refine workflows that grow the sales pipeline and improve conversion rates.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of team members, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Provide regular coaching and feedback to improve individual and team performance.
  • Oversee team-level activities and data integrity within the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of sales management experience with at least 6 years of total progressive sales experience.
  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales and building effective sales workflows.
  • Expertise in CRM systems, with a strong preference for Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, hire, and ramp salespeople to quota.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on planning, tactics, and execution.
  • Must be based in the US and comfortable managing both remote and in-person team members.
