Location: Hybrid positions in New York, NY or Salt Lake City, UT (2-3 days/week on-site). Relocation assistance available for eligible candidates.
Salary: $105,000 – $147,000 USD (based on geographic tier).

What you will do
- Design and evolve commission plans, modeling quotas, accelerators, and incentive structures.
- Own the end-to-end monthly commission calculation and payout process.
- Manage compensation systems, audit trails, and resolve payout exceptions or disputes.
- Support territory design and quota setting through capacity and coverage modeling.
- Analyze quota attainment and compensation spend to provide actionable insights for leadership.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and People to align compensation with business strategy.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in sales compensation, revenue operations, or FP&A.
- Proven experience owning commission calculations and payout processes end-to-end.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for complex modeling.
- Experience working with Salesforce data.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to work in a hybrid capacity in NYC or Salt Lake City.

- Familiarity with Snowflake.
- SQL proficiency.
- Python skills.
