Senior Employee Relations Business Partner (Medtech)

Location: Hybrid; Must be based in New York (3 office days required)

Salary: $140,000 - $192,500

What you will do

• Lead complex global employee relations matters and investigations, ensuring compliance with local employment laws.
• Coach managers, employees, and HRBPs on performance management and workplace challenges across global contexts.
• Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on organizational design, talent development, and change management.
• Partner with HRBPs and Centers of Excellence to design and deliver people programs addressing business needs.
• Develop and update HR policies and ER training programs to reinforce company values and compliance.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of HR Business Partner and/or Employee Relations experience in a global organization.
• Expertise in employment law within the US, UK, Germany, and Japan markets.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and act as a strategic advisor on people matters.
• Strong project management skills and a solutions-oriented, empathetic approach.
• Ability to integrate AI-driven tools into HR operations and utilize people data for recommendations.
• BA/BS degree or higher required.
