Salary: $170,000 – $240,000

What you will do

• Design pre-submission validation engines and self-service tools to streamline operational workflows.
• Develop logic to handle payer heterogeneity and automate complex EDI claim submissions.
• Build robust routing logic for eligibility orchestration and secondary/tertiary claim recovery.
• Contribute to the technical direction and architectural improvements of the RCM platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical approaches and prioritize business needs.
• Mentor engineers and uphold high standards for code quality and technical excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies (Javascript, HTML, CSS).
• Proficiency in backend languages (Python, Go, or C++).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and databases.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing end-to-end solutions.
