hirify.global is building an AI-native outbound platform where agents and sellers identify in-market buyers, enrich accounts from more than 40 data sources, and execute personalized, multichannel outreach.

What you will do

• Design agent execution loops, tool interfaces, context management, and memory systems for reliable complex workflows.
• Build and ship AI features end to end, connecting agents with data, integrations, and workflow infrastructure.
• Create evaluations from real customer tasks and improve agent behavior through execution traces and failure analysis.
• Build production systems with resumable long-running tasks, tool-failure handling, user visibility, and control over agent actions.
• Experiment with models, prompting strategies, retrieval approaches, and orchestration patterns.
• Develop reusable AI tools and engineering practices in partnership with product and design.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience and hands-on experience shipping LLM applications or agents to production.
• Experience building systems with tool calling, multi-step execution, and evaluations.
• Strong programming skills in TypeScript or Python, with experience building backend systems and integrating APIs.
• Comfort owning a feature across the stack.
• Empirical approach to defining success, running experiments, inspecting failures, and using evidence to guide development.
• Ability to turn high-level product ideas into deployed solutions while balancing speed with sound engineering judgment.
