TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (PEO Sales): Driving new PEO revenue by selling hirify.global's co-employment solution to net-new prospects and existing customers with an accent on full-cycle sales and PEO subject matter expertise. Focus on scaling the PEO sales motion from the ground up and integrating AI-powered workflows into the sales cycle.

Location: Remote within the US; Hybrid (2-3 days/week) for those based in Denver, San Francisco, New York, or Scottsdale

Salary: $115,000 – $150,000 USD (OTE)

hirify.global is a platform that handles payroll, health insurance, 401(k)s, and HR for small businesses.

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to closing.
  • Drive revenue through both net-new prospecting and converting existing hirify.global payroll customers to PEO.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert on co-employment, benefits, and compliance.
  • Manage the sales pipeline rigorously using Salesforce.
  • Utilize AI tools for prospecting, call preparation, and forecast hygiene.
  • Partner with brokers, GAs, and accountants to develop referral pipelines.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA
  • 4+ years of experience in a closing sales role, ideally in PEO, HCM, or benefits.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding individual sales quotas.
  • Experience with full-cycle consultative sales in a complex environment.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com (SFDC).
  • Day-to-day experience integrating AI tools into professional workflows.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with PEO's January 1 selling cycle.
  • Experience with install-base conversion.
  • Existing relationships within broker and accountant referral channels.
