Salary: 82,000–122,000 PLN

What you will do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software and networked system issues for customers.
- Create, maintain, and update support tickets in Salesforce with high attention to detail.
- Execute basic SQL queries to investigate and resolve client technical problems.
- Partner with senior team members to escalate and resolve complex customer incidents.
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email as a primary point of contact.
- Participate in rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Requirements
- Must be based in Poland.
- Proven experience in customer support and client-focused roles.
- Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues.
- Proficiency with SQL and Windows platforms.
- Ability to work rotational shifts including nights and weekends.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical customers.
