What you will do

• Support customers using hirify.global Investing and hirify.global Savings via chat, email, and phone calls.
• Guide new users through onboarding to ensure a confident start with the platform.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve issues and share customer feedback to improve the product.
• Assist with translations and the creation of customer-facing content.
• Maintain and contribute to the internal team knowledge base.
• Identify and implement process improvements for better customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluent in French and English.
• Experience in a customer-facing or support role.
• Interest in financial markets and investing.
• Availability for a full-time role (40 hours/week).
• Must be based in or able to work from the Amsterdam office.
