What you will do

• Provide excellent customer support via email, phone, chat, and online platforms.
• Manage customer accounts and handle inquiries regarding orders, shipping, and billing.
• Create, process, and monitor customer orders to ensure full accuracy.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Logistics teams to coordinate shipments.
• Document customer interactions and report product or process issues.

Requirements

• Must be located in the Netherlands and legally authorized to work there.
• Strong spoken and written English skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B or B2C customer service.
• Experience with CRM or ticketing tools such as Zendesk.
• Knowledge of Ecommerce platforms like Shopify and familiarity with ERP systems.

Nice to have

• Additional language skills in Dutch, French, German, or Spanish.
• Experience with Business Central.
• Interest or experience in photography or consumer electronics.
